At FurEver Pet, our goal is to provide good service in a timely manner. When no-shows, late arrivals or cancellations occur, it affects other clients who has appointment after you. In order to be respectful of all of our clients and groomers, we require 24-hour notice of your need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Without proper notice, A $50 cancellation/no-show fee may be applied at the discretion of FurEver Pet. And we will be required deposit fee ($50)when scheduling your next appointment. After the second no-show or late cancellation, you will be asked to prepay for the full groom at the time of scheduling. This deposit fee is placed on your account and applied toward your invoice on the day of your appointment. If you do not show up and fail to provide proper notice, the deposit is not refundable.
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling as soon as you’re aware allows us to offer that appointment time to another client.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we will consider it NO-SHOW. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Groomers are scheduled accordingly. So as not to delay the next appointment, rescheduling may be necessary.
